This Anna Maria Island waterfront house is located on a large 60 ft wide deep water canal and is within a short walking distance to the beautiful white sand beaches that the island is known for. Bring your boat (or boats) and moor it to the 112 ft seawall that is behind the house and enjoy deep water access to Tampa Bay and nearby Gulf of Mexico. If you do not have a boat that is OK, there are several places you can fish from land including the canal behind the house.


Within walking distance to the historic Anna Maria City Pier or the Rod and Reel Pier where you can fish or simply enjoy a good meal with a breath taking view of Tampa Bay and the Sun Shine Skyway Bridge. Also within walking distance are several local shops, restaurants, and bars. There is a free trolley available that runs thought-out the island from 6 am-11 pm. The free trolley stops every 4-5 blocks at designated benches along Gulf Drive. There is a stop about a block away from the house.
