Deposits and
Payment
- To hold your
desired time we require a reservation deposit in the amount
of $200 on daily and one week rentals or $500 on multiple
week and one month rentals. Reservation deposits are
non-refundable.
- $200 refundable
security is required at the time full payment is made.
Security deposits will be refunded within fourteen (14) days
after the tenant(s) has checked out and the property is left
in good working order.
- Funds accepted
are U.S. Checks, Cashiers Checks, Travelers Checks, Visa or
Master Card
- Upon receipt of
full payment prior to your arrival, we will provide you with
instruction for keys.
